Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and integration projects. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, developers, architects, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Salesforce Administrators, Developers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and external vendors.
  • Facilitate project kickoff meetings, sprint planning, status meetings, and stakeholder reviews.
  • Track project progress using Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Ensure high-quality project deliverables through effective governance and quality assurance processes.
  • Oversee Salesforce releases, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and post-production support.
  • Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and executive updates.
  • Drive user adoption through change management, training coordination, and communication plans.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and Salesforce best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years managing Salesforce projects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom applications.
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
  • Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certifications).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party applications.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and release management.
  • Experience working with global or distributed teams.
