12 Months Contract

Salesforce Administrator with experience in managing and configuring Salesforce CRM, including user setup, security, workflows, and reports.

Hands-on experience integrating and supporting IVR systems with Salesforce for call routing, screen pops, and case creation.

Strong understanding of call center processes, CTI, and data synchronization.
