Experience: 8+ years of Business Analyst experience with strong Salesforce Administration knowledge across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and nCino.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Onshore Salesforce Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, translating business needs into Salesforce and nCino solutions while leveraging Salesforce Administration knowledge to support platform enhancements and adoption.
 
Key Responsibilities & Skill Requirements
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business requirements.
Utilize Salesforce Admin knowledge to configure and support users, roles, profiles, permission sets, validation rules, flows, reports, and dashboards.
Conduct workshops, process mapping sessions, gap analysis, and solution discussions.
Create business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and Administrators throughout the project lifecycle.
Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, release validation, and change management activities.
Analyze and optimize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and nCino business processes.
Support data analysis, data quality initiatives, reporting, and business metrics tracking.
Understand Salesforce integrations, APIs, security model, and Agile delivery methodologies.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
