Job Description

We are in need of multiple consultants for a few Saleforce.com projects. Looking for certified administrators, developers, project managers, and documentation and training professionals. Consultants will support business requirements development and documentation and support client's business objectives. Sample responsibilities will include:

  • Migrating dual databases of vendor information into an integrated salesforce account.
  • Configuring/customizing Salesforce.com using web-based administration tools (page layouts, workflow design, triggers, hierarchy, roles configuration, etc.)
  • Lead meeting and engage with clients to train end-users, create knowledge transfer documentation and test customizations against customer's requirements.
  • Work with customer's developers to define and create specifications for any custom code or data migration requirements
  • Perform business process analysis and document process flow using Visio and other solutions
  • Look for and act on additional project opportunities and serve as a trusted advisor to clients

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce platform implementing full project lifecycles
  • Degree in Business, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or related is highly desired
  • Experience leading and overseeing team members
  • Ability to learn rapidly and leverage new business and technology concepts
  • Thorough understanding of CRM tools
  • Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop methodologies
  • Desire to perform in an environment where innovation and thought leadership are core to success
