Seeking Automotive Sales Consultants

• Earnings Potential $80,500 to $160,200/year! (based on exp/skills)

• BASE + COMMISSION + BONUS

We Offer:

• Earnings Potential $80,500 to $160,200/year! (based on exp/skills)

• $500/week BASE + COMMISSION + BONUS!

• 5 Day Work Week/40 hour Work Week! Flexible Rotating Schedule (Monday-Saturday 8a-5p or 11a-8p. Closed Sundays with One Weekday Off!)

What You Will Do:

• Help customers find the right vehicle

• Work incoming leads and showroom traffic

• Follow up by phone, text, email, and in person

• Seek customer referrals

• Deliver a great customer experience

• Learn a proven sales process with hands-on training

What We Seek:

• Sales Experience/Skills in ANY Industry REQUIRED

• Prior Auto Sales Experience is NOT Required

• Strong Customer Service Skills

• Outgoing, Friendly, Good People Skills, and Ability to Build Rapport with Customers

• Motivated with Good Energy

• Good Communication Skills, both Verbal and Written

• Social Media Skills are a Plus

• Good Computer Skills - Working Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & Google Sheets

• Organized with a High Attention to Detail

• Must be Punctual, Reliable, and Motivated

• Must Possess Reliable Transportation

• Must be at Least 18 Years of Age

• Must be a Team Player

• Bilingual Skills (Spanish & English) are a PLUS
