About the Opportunity

Sales Partnerships is building a dedicated field sales team to support the growth ofa respected pest management company with over a century of service and a reputation for professionalism and customer care.

We are hiring motivatedSeasonal Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help expand the Client's residential customer base in the Farmington Hills area. This is aface-to-face outside sales role where you will connect directly with homeowners and introduce them to the Clients trusted pest control services.

What You Will Do

  • Conduct door-to-door outreach in residential neighborhoods through approximately early September
  • Introduce homeowners to the Client's services
  • Educate customers on pest prevention and treatment programs
  • Present service options and close new customer accounts
  • Record sales activity using mobile sales tools
  • Work assigned territories to build strong neighborhood customer bases
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity


Compensation

Hourly Pay Rate + Commission + End of Season Bonus Potential

Schedule

Part-time to Full-time (20-35 hours per week) field schedule working in afternoon and early evenings when most homeowners are home. Prime schedule is Tuesday through Friday (afternoon through early evenings) and Saturday (daytime).

This sales team is operated by Sales Partnerships Inc., a national sales outsourcing firm that builds and manages dedicated sales teams for growing brands. You will represent the Client in the Farmington Hills market while receiving training, coaching, and support from experienced sales leaders.
