Job description

A well respected pool servicing provider is expanding in Las Vegas and we are building a new outside sales team to connect homeowners with their services.
This is a face to face field sales role where you will speak with homeowners in residential neighborhoods and introduce them to the Client's professional pool cleaning and maintenance services.
If you enjoy meeting new people, working outdoors, and earning strong income through performance, this can be a great opportunity.
Compensation
Compensation includes a base hourly rate plus uncapped commissions, performance incentives and bonuses. If you're meeting sales goals, you can expect to earn $1,500+ per week with an annualized income of $75,000+.
What You Will Do
  • Engage homeowners in residential neighborhoods throughout Las Vegas
  • Identify homes with pools and introduce Client pool services
  • Schedule service consultations or enroll customers directly depending on the situation
  • Represent the Client brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Track activity and results using our mobile sales tools
  • Work closely with your team lead to improve your pitch and performance
  • Maintain a consistent daily schedule of neighborhood outreach

What We Are Looking For

Schedule
Full-time (35 hours per week) field schedule working in afternoon and early evenings when most homeowners are home. Prime schedule is Tuesday through Friday (afternoon through early evenings) and Saturday (daytime).
About the Role
This sales team is operated by Sales Partnerships Inc., a national sales outsourcing firm that builds and manages dedicated sales teams for growing brands. You will represent the Client in the Las Vegas market while receiving training, coaching, and support from experienced sales leaders.
