Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable Sales Support Analyst to join our dynamic sales support team. In this role, you will help drive sales efficiency by managing a broad array of administrative and operational tasks that ensure seamless support for our sales organization. You'll play a key role in coordinating with internal departments, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining key reporting, and contributing to ongoing sales initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Sales Operations Support
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the Sales and Upper-Management Teams
  • Assist in tracking purchase orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support sales team follow-up efforts, including order confirmations and bookings.
  • Maintain and update customer profiles and contract balances.
  • Manage the Sales Support email inbox and address general inquiries.
  • Perform daily reporting and documentation duties, including:
    • Lost Sales Summary Reporting (various departments: Fresh, Candy, Grocery, Nicotine, etc.)
    • Plus Out tracking, entry, and auditing
    • FSM Inventory / Critical Items reporting.
    • Aged Inventory / Shipper depletion analysis
    • Smart Stock Program Compliance
Marketing & Sales Enablement
  • Create and distribute marketing and sales materials including sell sheets.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of sales events, Open House initiatives, and trade shows.
  • Manage Repsly Prebooks & Reporting and oversee Vendor CDUs and relations.
  • Collaborate on Order Guide creation and merchandising supply planning.
Customer & Front Desk Support
  • Respond professionally to internal and external customer questions via phone, email, or in-person.
  • As needed, will assist with front desk operations, including visitor coordination and general support.
  • Provide support for key customer relationships, including POGs, program oversight, and compliance tracking.
Sales Program Oversight & Coordination
  • Work closely with the Sales Support Manager on vendor relations, spoilage tracking, selling expenses, inventory/margin gain opportunities, and merchandising funding optimization.
  • Provide administrative oversight for programs like Jet Sets, Smart Stock, and other national distribution efforts.
  • Support audit functions and contribute to compliance processes (e.g., BRC/FDA safety protocols).
General Support Duties
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications
• Associate degree in relevant field of study, or equivalent work experience
• 12+ months sales administration experience is required.
• Intermediate or Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field preferred.
• 2+ years previous experience supporting a sales team is highly preferred.
• Experience with foodservice, wholesale, retail or convenience a plus.
• Experience with Sales Force or similar CRM software
