Job description

Job Title: Sales Support Analyst
Location: 5430 Metric Place, Peachtree Corners, GA,30071
Duration: 12+ Months
Work Hours: 40 hours a week

Primary Function of Position:
  • The Sales Operations Programs Coordinator (Contingent) will support the coordination, facilitation, logistics and fulfillment of various internal assets supporting Commercial activities, specifically for Intuitive's system and product demo programs.
  • The role requires the ability to efficiently organize, problem solve and process requests while working effectively and in close cooperation with diverse internal/external stakeholders to ensure appropriate internal assets are supporting sales/marketing events.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Interact with Commercial organization on various program timelines and deliverables- surveys, tracking details, scheduling and coordinating movements of assets that are managed by the department
  • Balances competing priorities of sales, marketing, and third party vendors, serving as a communication liaison and resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Responsible in the shipping/receiving and intake processing of internal assets supporting Commercial initiatives on behalf of Intuitive's Sales Operations Programs team
  • Troubleshoot and test equipment to ensure functionality prior to supporting Commercial events
  • Organize and manage warehouse and program inventory (systems, instrumentation, accessories)
  • Operate and maintain material handling equipment (i.e. label machine, pallet jack)
  • Assist with Sales Operations Programs annual maintenance/system upgrades
