What You’ll Do
- Develop new business through prospecting, referrals, marketing initiatives, and lead follow-up
- Conduct comprehensive insurance reviews and identify coverage opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Educate customers on Auto, Home, Life, Health, and Financial Services products
- Consistently manage and maintain a sales pipeline
- Achieve individual production goals while contributing to overall agency growth
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process
What We’re Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred
- Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Professional, positive, and coachable attitude
Licensing
Candidates must possess or be willing to obtain:
- Georgia Property & Casualty License
- Georgia Life & Health License
Licensing reimbursement may be available for qualified candidates.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation
- Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses
- Typical first-year earnings: $50,000–$90,000+
- Top performers frequently earn $100,000+
