You also observe the company's sales process and identify areas for improvement.

What does a sales project manager do?

A Sales Project Manager oversees and coordinates sales projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they meet client requirements and business goals. They serve as the main point of contact between clients, sales teams, and other departments, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Their role includes developing project plans, tracking progress, resolving issues, and ensuring successful project delivery.
