The Role
The Program Manager - North America Sales will support and drive critical initiatives sponsored by the Senior Vice President, NA Field Sales. This role partners closely with senior sales leadership to execute strategic priorities, manage cross-functional programs, and ensure alignment across Sales, Finance, Marketing, HR, and other key stakeholders.In addition to traditional program management responsibilities, this role will provide operational and logistical support for senior sales leaders, including coordination of travel and expense activities, to enable leaders to remain focused on revenue-driven priorities.
Responsibilities Include:
Strategic Program & Initiative Management
  • Support the execution of strategic initiatives sponsored by the Senior Vice President of NA Field Sales.
  • Translate leadership priorities into actionable program plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring clear ownership, alignment, and timely execution.
  • Track progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes; provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, HR, and other key stakeholders to drive execution and resolve blockers.
  • Build a strong understanding of the operating environment, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities, while promoting collaboration across departments.

Leadership Enablement & Operational Support
  • Serve as a trusted partner to senior sales leaders by proactively coordinating operational, administrative, and calendar support tied to strategic initiatives.
  • Partner closely with the Senior Vice President of North America Field Sales to manage meeting cadence, follow-up discussions, and execution planning resulting from approved initiatives and leadership priorities.
  • Manage and coordinate travel planning and expense management for senior sales leadership, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely submission
  • Partner with Finance and administrative support teams to resolve travel, expense, or reimbursement issues as needed.
  • Anticipate leadership needs and proactively address logistical challenges to support efficient decision-making.
  • Prepare executive-level materials including status reports, presentations, and briefing documents.
  • Support the development of repeatable frameworks and tools to improve scalability and consistency of sales-led initiatives.
  • Contribute to process documentation and best practices tied to Sales program execution.

Communication & Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as a central point of coordination between leadership, program stakeholders, and functional partners.
  • Support clear and consistent communication across teams to ensure alignment on priorities and next steps.
  • Facilitate meetings, capture action items, and ensure follow-through on commitments.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve execution efficiency across various department initiatives.
  • Identify gaps, inefficiencies, or risks in program execution and recommend solutions.

Required Skills and Professional Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or related field or military experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in program management, operations, sales operations, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting senior-level leaders preferred.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and navigating ambiguity.
  • High attention to detail, particularly related to financial, travel, and expense processes.
  • Must be highly dependable, possess strong planning capabilities and able to exercise independent judgement in the completion of tasks with little supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with common productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Concur).
