Job Overview
Looking for a career with a growing company? Looking for a career with unlimited earning potential? Join our Applicance Sales Team as a full-time Sales Professional. Our first year Sales Professionals can expect to earn on average between $40,000 - $80,000.
We are looking for talented people that have a desire to learn and start a career in sales. We will train you! This is a commissioned position. We offer an hourly rate during our 60 day training program.
What you will be doing each day:
  • Warmly greet our customers and have a great conversation with them about their wants and needs.
  • Help the customer create an amazing room to enjoy with their family and friends.
  • Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, care of merchandise, and warranty information to customers
  • Make recommendations and develop working relationship to earn future business
  • Answer any questions the customer has about financing and payment plans.
  • Close the sale and assure the customer is happy with their purchase.
  • At all times be honest and demonstrate integrity in the sales process.
  • Follow up with the customer to ensure they love their purchase.

What you should know about this role:
  • This is a commission-based sales position, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance
  • Availability to work every weekend and most holidays is required
