Title:Performance Manager
Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Compensation:up to$80,000 CAD base

We have a great new opportunity to support one of our online marketplace clients in a full time capacity!

MUST-HAVES
- Located in Edmonton, AB
- 2+ years of account management or customer success in a B2B environment
- Comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders (Dealer Principals, GMs, Sales Managers)
- Data-driven and able to pull, interpret, and present KPI and performance data
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- University degree or previous sales experience
- And/or 2+ years of automotive industry experience, ideally within a dealership or with another CRM provider
- And/or 2+ years of account management experience
- Comfortable working somewhat autonomously and able to prioritize deliverables accordingly
- Ability to use quantitative & qualitative metrics to communicate progress, identify meaningful trends & make compelling recommendations
- Experience communicating with dealership personnel including Dealer Principals, General Managers, Sales Managers, and Sales Associates
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strategic & collaborative understands the bigger picture and can work with internal & external teams to bring alignment
- Ability to communicate a vision and deliver on it
- Credible, follows through, and is a strong team player
- Highly professional with incredible energy and enthusiasm
