Our products are listed with the major national retailers from companies in home improvement such as Home Depot and Lowes to even general merchandise retailers such as Target and Walmart. Your role would be to make sure that we maintain our standing as a top vendor with our accounts.
This role is an entry-level opportunity for those who want to be hands-on learn more about how eCommerce operations work. Well have you involved in various parts of our day-to-day operations and work closely with our entire team.
Role & Responsibilities
  • Order Processing:
    • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently within EDI systems such as SPS Commerce and Rithum.
    • Verify order details, including quantities, shipping addresses, and product information.
    • Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Warehouse Operations:
    • Assist with picking and packing orders in the warehouse on a weekly basis.
    • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Data Management:
    • Maintain and update daily Excel sheets and reports to track order status, inventory levels, and other key metrics.
    • Identify and resolve data discrepancies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree
  • Proven experience in sales and customer service
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
