As a Sales Order Processing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our sales operations run smoothly. You'll be the backbone of our order fulfillment process-entering data, managing communications, and resolving bottlenecks. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on precision, enjoys working collaboratively, and is passionate about keeping things organized and efficient.
What you'll do
  • Accurately process sales orders, quotes, and fulfillment requests following established workflows.
  • Purchase goods from third-party suppliers to fulfill customer orders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure proactive communication and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update ERP and E-Commerce Admin platforms to support cross-departmental communication.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process bottlenecks to keep operations flowing.
  • Keep your workspace clean and organized.
  • Comply with company standards and policies as outlined in the employee handbook.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR sourcing, recruiting, or order processing.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Teams, Outlook, and Excel.

The pay range for this role is:
