Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay: $16.00 per hour

About the Role

We are a wholesale distributor of bulk dietary supplement ingredients (B2B) located in Pompano Beach, Florida. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Processing Associate to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely order fulfillment and delivery. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and is committed to providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect incoming shipments
  • Review and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Verify pricing, product availability, and shipping information
  • Coordinate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Enter and maintain order data in company systems
  • Resolve order discrepancies, returns, and customer inquiries
  • Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed
