Job description


As a Field Sales Team member, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our clients' products to existing and new customers. Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with operators in your assigned territory and understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions. You will collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales plans and execute assigned sales targets for each client. Additionally, you will utilize our CRM system to efficiently manage all aspects of the sales process, ensuring a seamless and organized approach.
Responsibilities
  • Sell CORE client's products to existing and new customers, focusing on operator-level sales.
  • Operator Contact: 70% of time allocation. Make, obtain, and secure sales. Develop and maintain sales through product presentations and customer interaction on behalf of CORE clients as directed.
  • Develop and maintain a Platinum Partner Portfolio, a minimum of 35 accounts by calling on them every 60 days.
  • Make a minimum of 12 sales calls per week.
  • Present a minimum of 3 clients on each sales call.
  • Assist in creating and implementing sales plans, setting targets, and achieving sales goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and operators to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to manage sales activities, track leads, and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive and successful sales approach.
  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to offer competitive solutions.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build brand awareness.
  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude, representing the company's values and culture.

Qualifications
  • Proven work experience as a Field Sales Representative or similar role, preferably in the Mississippi territory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
  • Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Flexibility to travel within the assigned territory as required.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
