Position Title: Business Development Program Manager


Base Salary: $54,000 to $86,400 annually DOE

Job Summary

The Business Development Program Manager will be responsible for the business processes, project validation, systems verification and lead management, and reporting for new single and multi-family construction projects by working closely with our Business Development, Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Field Operations, Direct Sales, and Account Management Teams.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution

· Manage single and multifamily development projects from contract execution through lead assignment and reporting of the Direct Sales and Account Management Teams.

· Utilize numerous software tools to plan and track project timelines, tasks, milestones, and deadlines.

· Monitors task completion status to identify at-risk project tasks and develop mitigation plans.


Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Communication

· Liaise between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and project plans are communicated.

· Ensure cross-functional alignment across Business Development, Engineering, Construction, and Sales teams to support successful project delivery.


Meeting Facilitation & Reporting

· Facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, meeting notes, and project summaries to align cross-functional teams to methods, goals, and project tasks.

Sales Operations & Systems Support

· Assist in the deployment and maintenance of Salesforce tooling, forecasting, reporting, sales territory, and dashboards.


Contract & Business Development Support

· Support Business Development Managers progress contracts (ROL, NEMA, etc.) quickly through each stage by offering support as needed.


Other Duties

· Performs other duties as required to support the business and evolving organization.


Required Qualifications:

· High school diploma or GED.

· Minimum of two (2) years of experience in program coordination, project management, or business operations support.

· Experience working in cross-functional environments with Engineering, Sales, or Operations teams.

· Experience using project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Jira, Asana, or similar).

· Salesforce.com or other CRM proficiency, including experience managing workflows, reporting, and lead tracking.

· Demonstrated track record of successfully meeting project deliverables, timelines, and cross-functional coordination requirements.

· High proficiency in MS Office 365 products (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams).

· Competency in analyzing data and making data driven business recommendations.

· Analytical and problem-solving aptitude.


Preferred Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related discipline.

· Three (3) years of Telecom, ISP, or related infrastructure industry experience.

· Two (2) years of project management experience supporting cross-functional initiatives.

· Experience supporting construction, new development, or network expansion projects.
