Job description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Sales Operations Specialist to work with our Gen II Digital team, managing our software clients across a variety of solutions, such as:
  • An investor portal that helps fund sponsors increase productivity and communicate better with their investors.
  • An analytics platform that allows clients to analyze fund data across numerous metrics and performance KPIs.
  • A data integration toolset which allows clients to integrate Gen II fund admin data with both in-house and third-party platforms.
  • Electronic subscription software. This electronic subscription software is an easy-to-use tool for investors to quickly complete their paperwork electronically for investing in a sponsors' fund, deal, coinvest or other types of investments.

The ideal candidate brings a mix of Salesforce expertise, project management skills, invoicing and billing experience and strong business acumen. They will help optimize cross-functional collaboration, optimize our revenue and billing processes, and drive operational efficiency. This is a pivotal role in the future of Gen II technology growth strategy.
Our software serves 300 clients with over $1 trillion of assets under management and 45,000 LPs.
Primary Responsibilities Will Include:
  • Oversee Salesforce data accuracy, reporting, and analytics to aid business decision-making.
  • Create dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights on key metrics like pipeline health, sales speed, and customer acquisition costs
  • Prepare and track client billing and accounts receivables.
  • Manage Salesforce workflows, dashboards, and system integrations
  • Create and update accurate documentation to track changes and updates in the sales process.
  • Prepare sales proposals for account executives, ensuring terms and guidelines are followed.
  • Improve overall utilization of sales team resources including time, tools, technology and processes to achieve higher results with a focus on our advisory business.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements, Skills, Education and Experience:
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales operations or a related role.
  • Minimum 1 year of Salesforce experience required.
  • Experience with outreach.io or similar sales engagement tools is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Customer focused, technical skills, professional accountability, teamwork, self-direction and emotional intelligence.
  • Has a strong ability to take initiative.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with change.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong presentation of data and insights to stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen with knowledge of SaaS business models.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment and work independently.

The salary range for this position is $75,000-$80,000 in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. Please note that the actual salary offered within that range will depend on the candidate's experience level.
Work Arrangement:
