Director of Sales - Partnerships - Build, Scale, and Win in a High-Growth Market. ECAM is seeking a driven and strategic Director of Sales to drive national revenue growth for ECAM Market, a security innovation platform delivering proactive remote video monitoring and mobile surveillance. This role leads strategic sales initiatives, manages enterprise accounts, and builds a scalable recurring revenue engine.

Reporting: Provide actionable insights and performance updates to executive leadership. Your Qualifications: Authorized to work in the United States 7-10+ years in enterprise sales or recurring revenue environments (security or technology preferred). Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.

Proficiency with CRM, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making. Strong negotiation, presentation, and executive communication skills. Proven ability to scale revenue and lead high-performing teams.

Working Conditions: Flexibility in work schedule may be required depending upon the client's needs. Travel within North America may be required subject to client needs. Ability and willingness to work occasionally outside of regular business hours.
