The Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving revenue growth through business development and operational excellence. This hybrid role combines client acquisition with service oversight, making it ideal for a professional who excels at building relationships and ensuring high-quality service execution within the commercial cleaning industry.

Serving as the primary local contact, the Outside Sales Manager will foster client partnerships, oversee service quality, and contribute to the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development (≈65%)
  • Identify and pursue new commercial clients through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
  • Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to showcase service offerings.
  • Perform live demonstrations of services (e.g., carpet, tile, and upholstery cleaning).
  • Develop proposals and close new business opportunities.
