As a Business Sales Executive, you will have a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our business, the growth of our customer base, and the delivery of exceptional customer service. Your primary focus will revolve around promoting and selling our innovative fiber optic internet, fiber TV, cloud-based phone systems, cybersecurity, and managed IT services to new and existing customers. You will be selling to business customers within your designated network area. Your mission is to generate new leads, foster robust customer relationships, and ensure unwavering satisfaction throughout the sales process.
You must be a highly motivated self-starter, not afraid to cold call, have strong negotiation skills, and be able to provide a demonstrable record of outside business to business sales.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will demonstrate excellence in all aspects of business-to-business sales development.
  • A successful candidate will adhere to the ALLO core values of local, honest, exceptional, and hassle-free.
  • Consistently drives the organization to exceed sales and revenue targets for the business sales division.
  • Actively prospect and generate leads for new business sales opportunities in the assigned network area.
  • Present and promote ALLO's fiber services to potential customers, effectively communicating the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments and understand customers' requirements to tailor the best solutions for their specific needs.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of sales opportunities, managing the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to effectively position ALLO services in the marketplace.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on sales activities and results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to represent ALLO and generate leads.

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred


EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 years of proven track record of consistently meeting and/or exceeding sales goals
  • Experience driving business growth in an outside business-to-business sales environment
  • Previous experience in telecommunications infrastructure, fiber internet services, or related technologies is preferred but not required


SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficient in using sales CRM software and other sales tools
  • Customer-focused mindset with exceptional customer service skills
  • Exceptional teamwork is a must
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times
  • Self-motivated with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for technology
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
