Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, manage, and hold direct reports accountable, including task accountability, training and cross-training, time-off approvals, performance reviews, and process implementation.
  • Oversee the Residential Mentor program and support onboarding and training for new residential and commercial agents.
  • Maintain and update all sales documentation, guides, and operational resources.
  • Evaluate, implement, and manage sales-specific software tools, including setup, training, and ongoing support.
  • Track and report monthly sales activity and performance metrics to Sales Leadership.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to ensure sales marketing initiatives are executed, tracked, and followed consistently.
  • Lead You-niversity trainings and monthly sales meetings.
  • Represent the company within the real estate industry and stay informed on market and regulatory changes.
  • Actively participate in company events and culture initiatives.
