As a rapidly growing, full-service real estate firm, we offer services in commercial property management, residential property management, association management, commercial sales & leasing, residential home sales, and business sales. Your exposure to All Things Real Estate will give you a broad understanding of a dynamic, multi-entity business and the opportunity to make a true impact at the leadership level.

The Scope of Work

· Lead and manage direct reports, including day-to-day task oversight, training, cross-training, performance reviews, time-off approvals, and implementation of process and procedure changes.

· Manage and maintain all real estate transaction files, ensuring accurate sales data and consistency across internal tracking systems and external marketing platforms; review files prior to closing for completeness, including TC entries, referral information, required documentation, and applicable referral fees on settlement statements.

· Promote, manage, and grow the Transaction Coordination (TC) program, including agent adoption, service delivery, and program enhancements.

· Assist Sales Operations Director with onboarding of new and transfer agents, including initial system setup, preparation of onboarding materials, coordination of onboarding meetings, and distribution of required documentation to internal departments.

· Support operations and tools for the Residential Mentor Program, and other training initiatives; assist in training all new agents (RES and COM) on systems and processes.

· Assist in hiring efforts for the department, including reviewing applications and conducting phone interviews.

· Meet weekly with Sales Operations Director to review workflow, prioritize tasks, and delegate responsibilities to the team.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all listing and sales-related marketing efforts are accurate, properly tracked, and that new agent onboarding steps are completed.

· Assist with monthly sales meetings, including content, materials, agent reminders, and distribution of meeting minutes.

· Collaborate with Residential Sales Director and Sales Operations Director on agent recruitment initiatives and related operations.

· Support agent engagement and retention efforts, including recognition of key milestones and ongoing communication.

· Stay informed on industry trends and changes; participate in industry involvement as a representative of the company.

· Be present and active in all company events and initiatives.


The Ideal Candidate

· Holds NE Real Estate Salesperson license or is able/willing to obtain such license.

· Must have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and a customer service spirit.

· Ability to maintain confidentiality, sensitivity and professionalism.

· Above average written and oral communication, organizational and multi-tasking skills.

· Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team.

· Proficient problem solving and analytical skills.

· Familiarity with MLS and other sales tools/programs.

· Self-disciplined and motivated to achieve.
