Job Title: Sales Operations Programs Coordinator
Job Location: Peachtree Corners, GA 30092
Work Schedule: 32 hours per week (Monday–Thursday)

Primary Function of the Position:
The Sales Operations Programs Coordinator (Contingent) will support the coordination, facilitation, logistics, and fulfillment of various internal assets supporting Commercial activities, specifically for Intuitive's system and product demo programs.
The role requires the ability to efficiently organize, problem solve, and process requests while working effectively and in close cooperation with diverse internal and external stakeholders to ensure appropriate internal assets are supporting sales and marketing events.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Interact with the Commercial organization on various program timelines and deliverables, including surveys, tracking details, scheduling, and coordinating movements of assets managed by the department.
* Balance competing priorities of Sales, Marketing, and third-party vendors, serving as a communication liaison and resolving scheduling conflicts.
* Responsible for the shipping, receiving, and intake processing of internal assets supporting Commercial initiatives on behalf of Intuitive's Sales Operations Programs team.
* Troubleshoot and test equipment to ensure functionality prior to supporting Commercial events.
* Organize and manage warehouse and program inventory, including systems, instrumentation, and accessories.
* Operate and maintain material handling equipment, including label machines and pallet jacks.
* Assist with Sales Operations Programs annual maintenance and system upgrades.
Skills and Job Requirements:
* Effective time management and strong attention to detail.
* Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional customer service skills.
* Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
* Fluent in English.
* Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.
* Minimal travel may be required.
* Minimum of 2–4 years of relevant work experience.
* Prior logistics experience is a plus.
* Valid driver's license required.
* Bachelor's degree required.
