Summary/Objective

The Vice President, Marketing & Sales Enablement leads the development and execution of marketing strategies and sales enablement programs that drive growth, customer engagement, and sales effectiveness. This role partners with Sales, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align and execute marketing initiatives across full funnel demand generation and lead management, brand and digital presence and thought leadership, website experience, and local marketing and partnerships.

Essential Functions

Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute the organization's marketing strategy in alignment with corporate growth objectives.
  • Create and implement integrated marketing plans designed to increase market awareness, generate customer demand, and support business development efforts.
  • Design and manage multi-channel demand generation programs utilizing digital marketing, content marketing, events, partnerships, and other promotional channels.
  • Establish and monitor marketing performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and return on investment.

Sales Enablement

  • Develop and lead the organization's sales enablement strategy to support a geographically distributed sales organization.
  • Create, organize, and maintain sales enablement resources, content libraries, and support materials that improve sales effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Partner with Sales and Operations leadership to develop collateral, educational materials, presentations, seminar content, and customer-facing resources that support the sales process.
  • Promote effective utilization of CRM platforms and sales enablement tools through the development of supporting programs, processes, and resources.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and alignment between Marketing and Sales across all customer touchpoints.

 Digital Marketing & Brand Presence

  • Oversee the organization's digital presence and support the development of consistent local market brand visibility.
  • Direct marketing initiatives related to website experience, search engine optimization (SEO), online reviews, local services advertising, paid search, and social media channels.
  • Evaluate and implement opportunities to strengthen customer engagement through digital platforms and emerging marketing channels.

Technology & Analytics

  • Evaluate, implement, and manage marketing and sales enablement technologies that support marketing execution, sales effectiveness, and business reporting.
  • Ensure effective integration and utilization of marketing technology platforms and Salesforce-related processes.
  • Establish key performance indicators for marketing and sales enablement activities and provide regular reporting to executive leadership.
  • Analyze performance data and market insights to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and inform strategic decision-making.

Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Licensure

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field required.
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in marketing, sales enablement, business development, or related leadership functions.
  • Valid state issued driver’s license in good standing and acceptable driving record.

Additional Eligibility Qualifications

  • Able to read, write and speak English fluently. Bilingual is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) required.
  • Demonstrated experience leading growth-focused marketing initiatives and managing performance-based marketing programs.
  • Experience building and developing teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives through collaboration and influence.
  • Experience with CRM systems, sales enablement tools, marketing technologies, and performance analytics platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, demand generation, customer acquisition, and lead management practices.
  • Experience developing and implementing sales enablement programs and supporting sales organizations with scalable resources and tools.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, content development, online advertising, and social media marketing.
  • Ability to establish performance metrics, evaluate business results, and develop data-driven recommendations.

Supervisory Responsibility

This position will provide leadership and direction for marketing and sales enablement functions and may oversee employees, contractors, agencies, or external partners supporting these initiatives.
