Job description

Huron helps its clients drive growth, enhance performance and sustain leadership in the markets they serve. We help healthcare organizations build innovation capabilities and accelerate key growth initiatives, enabling organizations to own the future, instead of being disrupted by it. Together, we empower clients to create sustainable growth, optimize internal processes and deliver better consumer outcomes.
Health systems, hospitals and medical clinics are under immense pressure to improve clinical outcomes and reduce the cost of providing patient care. Investing in new partnerships, clinical services and technology is not enough to create meaningful and substantive change. To succeed long-term, healthcare organizations must empower leaders, clinicians, employees, affiliates and communities to build cultures that foster innovation to achieve the best outcomes for patients.
Joining the Huron team means you'll help our clients evolve and adapt to the rapidly changing healthcare environment and optimize existing business operations, improve clinical outcomes, create a more consumer-centric healthcare experience, and drive physician, patient and employee engagement across the enterprise.
Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future.

  • Lead end-to-end proposal and RFP/RFI response coordination for FAS pursuits, including content assembly, formatting, and final QC before delivery to the client.

  • Draft executive summaries, cover letters, approach narratives, and scope sections in close partnership with Managing Directors and subject matter experts.

  • Apply AI tools to create and edit proposals and other relevant go-to-market content to optimize process efficiency and messaging.

  • Maintain a reusable proposal library of approved boilerplate (firm overviews, bios, case studies, credentials) and update materials after each pursuit.

  • Manage proposal timelines and project-track all active RFPs and pitches, providing status visibility to FAS leadership.

  • Coordinate with the corporate Marketing, Growth Enablement Team (GET), and Design teams to produce visually polished, on-brand proposal documents.

Salesforce Management & Hygiene

  • Serve as the FAS team's primary Salesforce administrator and power user, maintaining data quality across opportunities, accounts, contacts, and activities.

  • Track and update active opportunities, ensuring pipeline stages, close dates, and related activities reflect accurate, real-time information.

  • Generate and distribute recurring Salesforce pipeline reports and dashboards to FAS leadership to support forecasting and business development planning.

  • Train new FAS team members on Salesforce usage and best practices; serve as the first point of contact for Salesforce questions and troubleshooting.

  • Partner with the FAS Operations team and corporate Salesforce team to implement process improvements, field updates, and new Salesforce functionality.

Sales Collateral & Content Management

  • Own the FAS collateral library-pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, tombstones, bios, and capabilities overviews-ensuring all materials are current, properly versioned, and easily accessible.

  • Partner with the Design team to create net-new collateral in response to pursuit needs or market opportunities, managing intake through the defined request process.

  • Enforce brand standards and the approved FAS template sequence; QC all client-facing materials before distribution.

  • Coordinate periodic content audits, retiring outdated materials and flagging gaps in the collateral suite to leadership.

  • Support the standardization and conversion of legacy decks into the approved FAS template framework.

General Sales Support & Operations

  • Support the day-to-day operational needs of the FAS sales and business development team, acting as a reliable resource across a wide range of pursuit and client-engagement activities.

  • Coordinate meeting preparation for client pitches and introductory calls-assembling background research, preparing leave-behinds, and ensuring the team is well-briefed.

  • Assist in onboarding new FAS team members with respect to sales tools, collateral, and process orientation.

  • Manage and maintain conference, event, and marketing campaign support materials for FAS.

  • Track key sales metrics and compile executive-ready summaries for pipeline reviews and leadership meetings.

  • Serve as a liaison between the FAS team and corporate resources including Marketing, Finance, and Operations to facilitate smooth execution of business development activities.

Qualifications

Required Experience

  • 5 or more years of experience in a sales support, marketing, or business development operations role, preferably within a professional services or consulting environment.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM; experience maintaining data quality, generating reports, and training end users.

  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills; ability to build and format polished, client-ready presentations.

  • Strong writing and editing ability, particularly for proposal narratives, executive summaries, and capabilities content.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines without sacrificing quality.

  • High attention to detail and a strong sense of brand and visual quality standards.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Preferred

  • Experience supporting RFP/RFI responses and formal proposal processes in a professional services firm.

  • Familiarity with content management platforms such as Seismic, Highspot, or equivalent.
