Job Title: Sales & Marketing Director

Location: Allenstown, NH

Job Description: The Director of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for driving awareness, sales growth and expanding the customer base for MRF, LLC. This role requires an individual with a strong sales background, excellent interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of technical products in industrial settings. The ideal candidate will be adept at providing insights into market trends to support product development, identifying new business opportunities, marketing the company capabilities, supporting and developing the furnace sales team, negotiating with customers, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the high‑temperature, high‑vacuum furnace markets
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs, and propose customized solutions.
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of high‑temperature thermal processing systems to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the engineering and technical support teams to ensure customer requirements are met with precision.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events to network and promote MRF’s products.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing & product development teams on market needs and potential product enhancements.
  • Prepare sales & marketing reports and forecasts and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Ensure all sales and marketing activities align with the company’s ethical standards and business practices.
  • Support MRF sales team for growth in quality and quantity. Discover and execute on sales training programs, externally led and internally championed.
  • Promote best practices for HubSpot adoption and use, and drive sales processes and metrics.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an outside sales representative or in a related sales role, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sectors.
  • Strong technical acumen with an ability to understand and explain complex systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self‑motivated and results‑driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to travel extensively to meet clients, attend exhibitions, and conduct product demonstrations.
