We're Hiring: Sales Development Representative
Remote Full-Time Base Salary $60,000 - $70,000 Commission Incentive
Are you a natural communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments? Want to grow your career with a company that's disrupting the insurance tech space?
Input 1 is looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to power our outbound efforts and create new opportunities with insurance agents and decision-makers. You'll be the first line of contact-setting the tone, opening doors, and driving growth.
This is a remote position, but you must be based in the Western U.S. or able to work Pacific Time hours.
What You'll Do:
  • Make 150+ outbound calls & send 150+ emails weekly
  • Qualify leads and set 8+ meetings per month
  • Partner with Sales & Marketing to refine contact strategy
  • Use tools like HubSpot or Salesforce to manage outreach
  • Stay sharp on industry trends & product knowledge

What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills + proactive attitude
  • Sales experience (SDR, AE, inside sales-bonus if in insurance)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Knowledge of the P&C insurance industry is a plus!
