The Role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is responsible for generating new qualified opportunities for their Sales Executive partners. This is an outbound sales role focused on the dental vertical in which the SDR prospects and cold calls & emails SMB dental practices to successfully position the Sunbit value proposition and set meetings. The SDR role will be based out of our Los Angeles Headquarters and will contribute to building Sunbit into the #1 POS financing solution. This position provides a direct path to a full sales cycle role.
Requirements
What You'll Own:
  • Execute on a high velocity outbound sales strategy to reach monthly demo targets
  • Achieve daily KPI targets (call volume, dial time & connections)
  • Qualify and book demos for inbound leads
  • Leverage sales tools such as Outreach.io and Nooks (dialer) to increase efficiency and reach more dental offices

What you'll Bring:
  • SDR or Sales experience and/or a keen interest in entering a career in Sales
  • Experience selling over the phone
  • Excellent communication skills whether you're on the phone or sending an email
  • Strong outbound, cold-calling experience
  • Intelligent, go-getter, scrappy, determined, ambitious, self-motivated, and hungry for success
  • Great time management skills and ability to self-manage
  • Work well independently and in team environments

  • Experience working in startups

How We Pay:
  • We believe in paying fairly and equitably based on a number of factors including but not limited to previous experience, relevant work history, interview performance, geographical location, internal equity, and expected level of ownership.
  • We are targeting an hourly rate of $26 to $28 for this role plus uncapped commission
  • This role will also be granted company equity via stock options
