Position Overview – Sales Development Representative Manager (SDR Manager)

As an SDR Manager within demandDrive's Enterprise Sales Service division, you will be responsible for building, managing, and executing successful sales development programs for a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from start‑ups to Fortune 500 companies. Your primary focus will be leading a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve and exceed client goals.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and demandDrive, managing expectations and ensuring alignment.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Client Success on program strategy and implementation, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational priorities.
  • Maintain consistent internal communication regarding program progress, identifying areas where additional support or resources are needed to ensure success.
  • Proactively address client concerns and develop strategies to drive their success.
Team Leadership and Development
  • Provide consistent coaching and mentorship to SDRs, utilizing internal sales coaching teams and AI role‑playing tools to enhance performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and accountable team culture that emphasizes continuous improvement and excellence.
Sales Enablement and Resource Development
  • Build and maintain high‑quality prospect lists for Sales Development Teams by leveraging tools such as ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and custom research methods.
  • Develop and refine talk tracks, email templates, and SDR playbooks designed to maximize engagement and achieve high response rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure resources align with client objectives and industry best practices.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
  • Design and implement reports and dashboards within various CRM platforms, primarily Salesforce (SFDC) and HubSpot, with the flexibility to adapt to others like Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.
  • Oversee CRM buildouts, including reporting and dashboard creation, to ensure seamless integration with client processes and transparency into our team’s activity and outcomes.
  • Generate weekly and quarterly reports for clients, demonstrating proficiency in Word and Excel for professional formatting and presentation.
Job Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must be able to commute to Waltham, MA office for hybrid office days.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business‑related field.
  • Proven experience in sales development management, particularly within the technology sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and coach SDR teams to achieve high performance.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM platforms, especially SFDC and HubSpot, with a conceptual understanding of building reporting and dashboards in others (e.g., Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).
  • Familiarity with building high‑quality prospect lists for Sales Development Teams using tools like ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and custom research methods.
  • Proven experience in developing highly effective talk tracks, email templates, and SDR playbooks designed to deliver high response rates and drive results.
