Novatech, The Managed Office Provider, delivers a comprehensive portfolio of IT, Print, Cloud, Security, and Production Print solutions to organizations across the country. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an accomplished sales professional to drive business development and revenue growth throughout the Milwaukee market and surrounding areas.
The Opportunity
The Major Account Executive is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities within mid-market and enterprise organizations. This role is ideal for a disciplined sales professional who thrives on developing strategic relationships, engaging executive decision-makers, and managing complex sales cycles.
Candidates with production print sales experience are strongly preferred. Experience selling production print solutions, workflow technology, and related services will be viewed as a significant advantage.
What You Will Do
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic outreach
  • Develop relationships with business owners, senior executives, and key decision-makers
  • Identify customer challenges and recommend solutions across Novatech's IT, Print, Cloud, Security, and Production Print portfolio
  • Manage opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle
  • Maintain an active pipeline and accurate forecasts within Salesforce
  • Establish a strong presence within the Milwaukee business community
  • Consistently achieve and exceed revenue objectives

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle
  • Ability to commute to the Waukesha office for meetings, training, and other business activities
