In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities for our comprehensive suite of IT solutions, including managed IT services, hardware, and software licenses, within the SMB market. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, a deep understanding of the technology needs of SMBs, and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, prospect and qualify new business opportunities within the South East market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored IT solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, achieving or exceeding assigned sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and client data in the CRM system.
  • Represent Elite Source Partners at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Must be willing to get Microsoft Dynamics Certified (employer paid).

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) preferred.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in IT sales, with a focus on B2B new business development.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of managed IT services (e.g., helpdesk, network monitoring, security as a service), IT hardware (servers, networking equipment, workstations), and various software licensing models.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
