  • Build relationships with business owners, executives, and centers of influence in priority industries (Healthcare and Manufacturing)
  • Represent Anders at industry events, conferences, and professional associations

Recognize and Route Full-Platform Opportunities

  • During discovery and engagement, identify tax and audit needs that surface naturally from Advisory conversations
  • Make warm introductions to Tax and Audit partners when opportunities arise-you route, they close
  • Collaborate with colleagues across service lines to deliver a seamless client experience
  • Earn referral credit for tax and audit opportunities that convert to engagements

Collaborate Across the Firm

  • Work closely with Marketing to optimize lead flow and campaign effectiveness
  • Coordinate with Advisory practice leaders to ensure seamless handoffs and client experience
  • Maintain CRM data quality and pipeline reporting

What We're Looking For:

  • Industry expertise in one or more of: Healthcare, Manufacturing, Construction
  • Experience with transformation services (operational improvement, organizational change)
  • Established network in the Indianapolis business community
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Consultative selling - you diagnose before you prescribe
  • Intellectual curiosity - you ask good questions and genuinely want to understand client challenges
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - you are energized by building something in a new market
  • Collaboration - you work across teams and prioritize the client relationship over personal credit
  • Resilience - you are comfortable with ambiguity and can navigate complex sales cycles

Your Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of business development or consultative sales experience selling professional services
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals in consulting or advisory services
  • Experience selling to middle-market companies ($200M-$500M revenue)
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build relationships at the C-suite level

Work Location:

  • Ideal candidate will be located in or near Indianapolis, IN to drive netnew local account acquisition, while also supporting national account development.
