If you're interested in being the first point of contact for many of our customers, answering and directing incoming calls as well as scheduling service appointments in a fast-paced environment, we hope you'll keep reading and apply.
The schedule for this position is Full Time, Monday-Saturday with rotating Saturdays and a mid-week day off. If you enjoy working with people in a fun and forward-focused environment, than this position is for you!

Our BDC team knows that what they do is a lot bigger than answering calls and scheduling appointments.
This team is a strategic partner within the bustling Sales and Service Teams at Serra TC, collaborating to ensure the needs of our customers are met in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
BDC team members provide these services thanks to an established process for proven success.

What's it like to be a Serra TC Business Development Center Associate?
As a BDC Associate, you will work closely with the Sales and Service Teams to be the front-line contact for answering incoming calls, direct customer's questions to the correct department, and schedule appointments for our Service departments. This is an entry level position with growth potential.
