What jobs pay 2000 a day?

Jobs that can pay $2,000 a day typically include high-level sales roles such as Sales Development Associates working in industries with large deals, or roles in finance, consulting, or technology that involve commissions, bonuses, or profit-sharing. These positions often require specialized skills, experience, and sometimes certifications, and earnings depend on performance and the industry environment.

Is SDR an entry level position?

Yes, a Sales Development Associate (SDR) is typically an entry-level role focused on prospecting and qualifying leads. It often requires minimal prior experience and provides training in sales tools and techniques to develop foundational skills for a sales career.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Sales Development Associate, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Sales Development Associate, you need strong communication skills, a basic understanding of sales principles, and often a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. To overcome these obstacles, it’s important to develop strong resilience and adopt a growth mindset. Leveraging sales enablement tools, collaborating closely with account executives, and regularly seeking feedback from peers and managers can help refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. Building time management skills and celebrating small wins also contribute to sustained performance and job satisfaction.

Job description

At Convertros, we’re building something different:

A remote-first sales organisation where high performers thrive, learning is constant, and growth isn’t a vague promise — it’s a structured path.

We're scaling fast, and we’re hiring people who want more than just a paycheck. This is where your sales career takes off.

???? Work from anywhere — Seriously.

We’ve been remote since day one. You’ll collaborate with teammates across the world, with the autonomy to perform from wherever you are. No office, no politics, no wasted time.

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours/week). This position follows a set schedule from Wednesday/Thursday through Sunday. Team members may choose to have Monday and Tuesday off, or work four 10-hour shifts with Monday through Wednesday off.

???? You win, you earn.

This is a commission-based role, and it’s designed for those who want their effort to translate into results.

  • Top-performing BDAs earn competitive weekly pay, with clear metrics and consistent payouts.

  • Your income scales with your performance. You set the pace.

  • No guesswork, just growth.

???? Your career path is real.

We don’t do empty titles.

We promote from within — always. Every 90 days, you’ll be reviewed based on your numbers and your mindset. And when you're ready, you move up.

All of our leaders have started in this exact role. We don’t skip the climb — we’ve just made it fast and transparent.

???? What you'll be doing

As a BDA, you’ll be the first voice for U.S. consumer brands in industries like Financial Services and Home Improvement.

  • Handle inbound leads — warm calls, no cold prospecting.

  • Turn interest into action: bookings, appointments, enrollments.

  • Own your performance and get real-time coaching to improve fast.

  • Work a full-time shift (40 hrs/week), scheduled between 12 PM and 12 AM EST.

You’ll be measured — but you’ll never be micromanaged. You own your time, your output, and your impact.

???? Who thrives here

You don’t need sales experience — you need the right mindset.

  • You learn fast and act faster.

  • You welcome feedback, not just praise.

  • You want responsibility, not babysitting.

  • You value growth more than comfort.

If you live by Drive, Hustle, Curiosity, Ownership, Transparency, and Care, you’ll feel right at home.

???? What we offer

  • ???? Weekly performance-based pay

  • ???? Career growth every 90 days

  • ???? 100% remote, globally inclusive culture

  • ???? Real-time coaching and feedback

  • ???? A team of ambitious, high-performing people like you

???? Explore More ????

  • Watch Our Team in Action

  • Glassdoor Reviews

???? Ready?

No fluff. No bureaucracy. No ceilings.
Just you, your ambition, and the tools to turn it into something big.

Apply now and start building the sales career you actually want.
