Farmers and Builders Ace Hardware and Possum Eddy Ace Hardware: are heavily rooted in the communities we serve. We strive to provide excellent customer service with each transaction. The helpful way. Sales Associates are the backbone of our business, providing exemplary customer service, showing product knowledge and expertise to assist our customers in getting their projects done right the first time.


Responsibilities:

· Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers throughout the store.

· Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring all products are stocked and displayed properly.

· Assist customers in finding hardware products and answer their questions.

· Participate in daily operational goals and support the store management team.

· Uphold merchandising standards and participate in training and development opportunities.


Skills/Knowledge:

· Strong product knowledge of hardware products.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed.


Requirements:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Previous retail experience preferred.

· Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
