Job description

As a Sales Assistant atRyan Homes, a brand of NVR, you will use your dedication and energy to support our new home sales success. Join our team and be an integral partner within the Division's sales team. Your attention to detail will ensure our model homes are a great presentation of our product, your energy will help support our Sales Consultant Team from model supplies to competitive shopping and sales administration functions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular prospecting and appointment setting activities
  • Monitor model home appearance for customer presentation standards
  • Ensure adequate supply of sales materials are on hand at model
  • Demonstrate model home and present community/floorplan features to customers

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year ofsales or administrative experience
  • Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent planning, organization, communication, and administrative skills
  • Available to work 5 days each week, including 3weekends each month
  • Homebuilding or Real Estate experience is a plus
