At Swisslog, that's where! Our teams are the heart of a world-leading Robotics company that's harnessing the power of technology to shape the future of intralogistics. The result? We're transforming performance and efficiency for customers across the globe, giving them the vital edge in their markets.
Make an impact
The Revenue Operations Analyst contributes to the reporting and forecasting layer of the revenue cycle, driving data accuracy visibility, and insight-driven decision-making across the Sales and Marketing functions. This role transforms raw CRM, forecast, and operational data into reliable Power BI dashboards, standardized insight packages, and connected data models that improve performance across the full lead-to-revenue funnel.
This position requires strong analytical skills, hands-on expertise with Power BI and CRM systems (ideally Salesforce), and an understanding of how data flows through a modern data lake/warehouse environment. The Analyst acts as a key contributor to operational reporting, KPI measurement, and data hygiene initiatives while partnering closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams. Experience with Clari or a comparable revenue forecasting platform is a plus.
  • Reporting & Dashboard Development
  • Data Connectedness & Data Infrastructure Support
  • CRM (Salesforce) Data Stewardship
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Continuous Improvement

What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, revenue operations, or data analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization best practices).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar systems.
  • Basic understanding of data lake/warehouse concepts (ETL, SQL preferred).
  • Strong proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

Our promise to you
Swisslog is a world of opportunity for people who can deliver a game changing mission: driving the future of intralogistics, by shaping an era of robotic and data-driven automated solutions that create exceptional customer value.
Join us on this journey and you'll be part of a global enterprise that's proud of its Swiss roots - and hugely excited by the worldwide opportunities open to everyone in the Swisslog family. So come and realize your potential, in a team that's united by passion and driven by the OneSwisslog team spirit.
Join the journey!
We're looking forward to receiving your application!
