      Mission (max. 25 words)Turn CRM and commercial data into trusted reporting and actionable insights that improve sales execution, forecasting, and revenue decisions.        Launch standardized Power BI/Qlik dashboards for pipeline, forecast, revenue, margin and sales performance; reduce recurring manual reporting effort by 30%. Improve completeness and accuracy of required CRM fields to at least 95%, supported by monthly data-quality reporting and corrective-action tracking. 

Establish an integrated CRM/ERP reporting model and agreed KPI definitions, delivering monthly insights and recommendations to Sales and RevOps leadership.

Own the development and maintenance of Power BI/Qlik dashboards, scorecards and recurring sales reports.Lead CRM reporting, adoption and data-quality monitoring across leads, opportunities, pipeline and customer activity.Develop integrated datasets and data models combining CRM, ERP, finance, marketing and operational information.Drive analysis of pipeline, forecast, revenue, bookings, margin, conversion and sales performance to identify risks and opportunities.Partner with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations and IT to gather requirements and improve commercial processes.Ensure KPI definitions, report documentation, testing, user training and timely delivery of ad hoc analysis.
