Role Overview
Entegra Procurement Services is a fast-growing and dynamic division of Sodexo and part of a global procurement network that manages more than $36 billion in spend for food, services and supplies, and serves more than 120,000 purchasing sites throughout the United States alone. Entegra Procurement Services provides procurement management for multi-unit clients in industries including seniors, healthcare, education, government, faith based, leisure, hotels, and restaurants. We deliver procurement solutions that drive operational effectiveness and innovative products and services.
We are currently searching for a Sales Business Analyst.
This is a remote opportunity with candidate residing in one of the following locations,
• Mid-Atlantic: Atlanta (GA); Maryland; Washington, DC; Virginia.
• Northeast: New York (NY); New Jersey (NJ); Pennsylvania (PA); Delaware (DE).
• Midwest: Chicago (IL); Indianapolis (IN).
What You'll Do
Sales & Revenue Analytics
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret sales, pipeline, and revenue data from multiple sources to support performance analysis and decision-making
  • Build and maintain standardized reports and dashboards in Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel to track sales results, pipeline health, and key performance indicators
  • Deliver complex analytical use cases including trend analysis, period-over-period comparisons, and custom reporting aligned to business needs

Data Quality, Reporting & Sales Process Analytics
  • Identify data inconsistencies, gaps, and process breakdowns impacting sales reporting, pipeline visibility, and forecasting accuracy
  • Partner with Sales Operations and cross-functional teams to resolve data challenges and improve data integrity across Salesforce, Power BI, and downstream reporting tools
  • Perform root-cause analysis on reporting discrepancies related to opportunity stage changes, close dates, and account relationship logic
  • Analyze sales process performance, including pipeline movement, conversion trends, and deal outcomes
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve analytical workflows, reporting efficiency, metric definitions, and data standards
  • Document reporting processes, business rules, and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability

Cross-Functional Partnership & Enablement
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to translate business questions into clearly defined analyses and reporting outputs
  • Communicate insights through clear reports, summaries, and visualizations appropriate for both operational and leadership audiences
  • Enable stakeholder understanding of metrics and reporting through clear explanation of assumptions, methodology, and outputs

What You Bring
Required Qualifications
  • 2-4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or Sales Operations Analyst
  • Strong experience working with large datasets
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI and Salesforce reporting
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
  • Practical understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and revenue metrics
  • Experience supporting forecasting, performance management, or sales operations functions
  • Familiarity with the GPO industry or multi-unit customer environments
