Job description

Job Summary

The Quality Inspector is responsible for performing inspections and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process to ensure materials and products meet company and customer quality standards. This role supports quality assurance activities from incoming materials through final product inspection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine visual inspections and quality checks on raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products.
  • Inspect and test materials to ensure compliance with established quality specifications.
  • Identify defects or quality issues in materials and manufacturing processes.
  • Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation and reports.
  • Use statistical sampling and inspection methods to evaluate product quality.
  • Report inspection findings and quality concerns to supervisors.
  • Assist with maintaining quality logs, charts, and inspection records.
  • Support investigations related to product quality issues when required.
  • Perform other quality-related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, technical school education, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office or similar reporting tools.
Preferred Qualifications
