Job Summary

The TA is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts for both hourly and salaried positions, with a strong focus on manufacturing, plant, and corporate roles. This role partners closely with hiring managers and HR leadership to develop effective sourcing strategies, drive timely hiring outcomes, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is hands-on, data-driven, and experienced in high-volume and specialized recruiting environments.

Key Responsibilities1. Full-Cycle Recruiting
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for hourly, exempt, and non-exempt roles across manufacturing, engineering, operations, and corporate functions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, job requirements, and recruitment timelines.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding activities.
2. Manufacturing & High-Volume Hiring
  • Lead high-volume recruiting for plant and production roles including operators, technicians, and supervisors.
  • Support ramp-up hiring, seasonal hiring, and workforce planning initiatives.
  • Partner with plant leadership to understand shift schedules, labor demands, and operational priorities.
  • Ensure compliance with hiring practices, background checks, and applicable employment regulations.
3. Employer Branding & Candidate Experience
  • Promote Salcomp as an employer of choice in the local labor market.
  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical or hard-to-fill positions.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume or manufacturing recruiting environments.
  • Experience recruiting for hourly, exempt, and non-exempt roles.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting analytics tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting in manufacturing, plant, or industrial environments.
  • Experience recruiting for technical or leadership roles.
  • Knowledge of U.S. employment laws and hiring compliance.
  • HR certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP, or related credentials.
