Job Description
Stephenson Insurance Associates is an independent insurance agency located in historic downtown Clayton, North Carolina. We are looking for individuals who strive to provide service that exceeds the expectations of our customers. Our Customer Service Agents handle incoming calls from prospective new clients and current clients. We offer competitive compensation packages that include salary plus commission and bonuses for individuals who are motivated to grow and succeed.
Responsibilities and Duties
The Customer Service Agent will provide support in servicing existing accounts and acquisition of new accounts. Duties include fielding incoming calls and emails from existing clients and potential new clients, processing policy changes, assisting with billing questions and payments, and providing quotes to prospective new clients.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualified candidates should possess a NC Property & Casualty Insurance license. Prior insurance experience is preferred. Candidates should be skilled in communicating clearly and professionally with customers and prospective customers.
