  • Own fuel operations like a pro—complete daily checklists, inspect and maintain hoses, nozzles, and dispenser filters, stay on top of fuel regulations, and keep an eye on competitors to drive results.
  • Keep it safe, clean, and welcoming—maintain tidy, secure fuel kiosks, lots, and walkways, while modeling safety protocols and PPE use for the team.
  • Stock, organize, and control—ensure fuel merchandise is fully stocked and displayed, manage paperwork, and enforce cash handling, loss prevention, and operational accuracy.
  • Drive results together—partner with the Store Manager to hit departmental sales, profitability, and compliance goals while celebrating wins along the way.
  • Stay sharp and connected—attend trainings and meetings, communicate openly with leadership, and continuously grow yourself and the team while keeping the culture upbeat and inclusive.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and communicate effectively with teams in a customer-focused environment.

  • Proven reliability and accountability, with flexibility to work various shifts, including overnight/3rd shift.
