The McCoy Group has an opening for a full-time Safety/Compliance Assistant at our corporate office in Dubuque, Iowa.

Assist in the management of DOT & OSHA Safety and Compliance, including but not limited to:
  • Validating compliance to DOT Transportation Regulations
  • Audit adherence to General and Job Specific OSHA Compliance requirements
  • Maintaining DOT Driver Qualification Files
  • Update employee training records and reports
  • Perform DOT Hours of Service log audits
  • Coaching and educating the workforce on safety/compliance rules and regulations

Qualifications:
  • Outstanding communications skills (Oral/Written)
  • Well organized with excellent time management skills
  • Accurate with information and reporting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proven work experience in DOT/OSHA Safety and Compliance is preferred
