About the Position
Under minimal direct supervision, the Safety Associate role ensures security and safety of our members and staff by patrolling the buildings and grounds. Safety Associates provide support during all hours of the day for members and employees, as needed.
Your Impact Will Include:
  • Monitor facility, grounds, and CCTV to ensure safety of all members, staff, and guests.
  • Conduct regular interior and exterior patrols with detailed documentation and photos.
  • Complete timely and accurate incident reports and daily logs.
  • Operate and monitor the front desk, managing staff and visitor check-ins per policy.
  • Secure, search, and document all deliveries, drop-offs, and member discharges/passes.
  • Respond to requests for assistance from staff and members, providing support as needed.
  • Enforce facility policies, assist with urinalysis, wellness checks, and safety procedures.
  • Serve as primary contact for emergencies, law enforcement, and first responders.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned to support our mission.

Where You'll Work
  • Requires occasional travel to program sites/facilities
  • Requires use of standard office equipment including but not limited to computer-use, monitors/screen, desk, chair, etc.
  • Requires frequent use of hands for typing, handling equipment, and reaching
  • Requires prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking, etc.
  • Requires the ability to lift, carry, or move objects up to 30 pounds
