What You'll Do
  • Manage customer implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout implementation, providing regular updates and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, meeting agendas, action items, and documentation.
  • Partner closely with Technical Consultants to ensure technical work is completed according to project plans and customer expectations.
  • Facilitate project meetings, track milestones, identify risks, and help remove roadblocks to keep projects moving forward.
  • Support customer onboarding activities, including user training, testing coordination, and go-live readiness.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and serve as a trusted partner throughout implementation and beyond.
  • Transition customers from implementation into ongoing account management, conducting regular check-ins to ensure continued success and adoption.
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer usage, introduce new features, and connect customers with additional Tenon solutions when appropriate.
  • Coordinate internally with Product, Engineering, Support, and Customer Success to advocate for customer needs and resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and customer records within internal systems.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve implementation processes and enhance the customer experience.
What We're Looking For
  • 2-5 years of experience in project management, customer success, account management, implementation, consulting, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Experience managing multiple customer projects or accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both internal teams and customers.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to solve problems and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Comfortable leading customer meetings and presenting project updates to stakeholders.
  • Experience working with SaaS products or enterprise software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with ServiceNow is a plus but not required.
