About Birdeye

Birdeye is the leading agentic marketing platform for multi-location brands.

Companies like H&R Block, Aspen Dental, and Caesars Entertainment use Birdeye to manage marketing across thousands of locations โ€” from how they get found, to how they convert, to how they retain customers. Our platform replaces disconnected point tools with AI agents that execute work at the location level โ€” responding to reviews, updating listings, publishing content, and driving conversions.

Backed by Marc Benioff, Jerry Yang, and Accel-KKR, Birdeye was named to G2โ€™s 2026 Best Agentic AI Products list โ€” appearing alongside the worldโ€™s leading AI companies. Weโ€™re expanding rapidly into enterprise, with growing adoption across large, multi-location brands..

About the Role

As the business grows, so does the complexity and strategic importance of our pricing model. Birdeye is looking for a Pricing Manager to own and evolve the strategic pricing of our products and services. This is a strategic leadership position for someone who understands how pricing drives business outcomes from every perspective: How does this price point affect conversion? What does the competitive landscape demand? How do we package our value to win enterprise deals while protecting margin? You will work at the intersection of Finance, Sales, Product, and Marketing to design, execute, and continuously refine pricing strategies that maximize both market share and profitability. This role is ideal for someone who is energized by ambiguity, fluent in data, and deeply curious about how buyers perceive and respond to value. This role reports directly to a Vice President Finance who leads pricing and deal desk.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own Birdeyeโ€™s pricing strategy across all products, market segments, and geographies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Lead the company transformation from location based pricing to consumption / outcome based pricing. Leveraging prior experience to provide thought-leadership.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of market trends, competitive pricing, customer willingness to pay, and demand signals to inform pricing decisions.
  • Partner with Finance, Marketing, Product, and Systems teams to align pricing architecture with business goals, product roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Build and maintain pricing models, scenario analyses, and financial impact assessments to support pricing changes and new product launches.
  • Design and manage packaging and bundling strategies that clearly communicate value, and drive revenue and long-term retention.
  • Monitor pricing performance metrics including win rates, average contract value, discount rates, and margin contribution, and translate insights into action.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure pricing and packaging are clearly communicated and positioned against competitive alternatives.
  • Present pricing recommendations and performance updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Requirements:

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in pricing strategy, revenue management, strategic finance, or a related field, ideally from a Native AI company or SaaS company.
  • Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience building pricing models, financial analyses, and business cases in Excel, Google Sheets, with AI, or similar tools.
  • Deep understanding of pricing mechanics including usage-based pricing, outcome- based pricing, tiered packaging, subscription models, and enterprise deal structures. Ideally has gone through transformation
  • Proven ability to synthesize competitive intelligence, customer data, and market research into clear and actionable pricing recommendations.
  • Familiarity with CPQ platforms and pricing governance frameworks.
  • Ability to independently drive projects and activities to successful conclusion.
  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Product, and Marketing to align pricing strategy with business objectives.
