Job description

About Actively AI
Actively AI is defining a new category: Intelligence-Led Revenue.
Revenue organizations have always been bottlenecked on human capacity. Reps triage which accounts get attention. Context disappears at every handoff. On any given day, the vast majority of accounts have exactly zero people thinking about them.
Actively addresses this at the structural level. Our platform deploys Per-Account AgentsTM across our customers' TAM, working 24/7 to research, identify opportunities, and advance next steps without being asked. Leading enterprises including Ramp, Ironclad, and Samsara are already making this shift.
Our co-founders are former Stanford AI researchers, and the team comes from Harvard, CMU, Berkeley, Brex, Scale AI, and Google. We've raised $68M from TCV, First Harmonic, Bain Capital Ventures, First Round Capital, and more.
About the role
As a Product Operations Associate, you'll be the operational backbone ensuring our AI-powered platform delivers maximum value to customers. You'll execute critical product configurations, optimizations, and customizations across our growing customer base, directly impacting how fast-growing companies like Ramp, Verkada, and Justworks achieve revenue success.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role perfect for someone with a technical background who wants to work closely with customers and be at the forefront of AI-driven GTM transformation. You'll collaborate hand-in-hand with our Agent Product Managers and Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) while building expertise that positions you for growth within Actively.
What you'll do
  • Execute product configuration changes, parameter adjustments, and feature toggles across our customer base based on specifications and customer requests
  • Proactively monitor and optimize product configurations to ensure each customer gets the best experience for their unique use cases
  • Engage with customers to gather insights and requirements, inform product configuration decisions, and implement those configurations in our system
  • Collaborate with team to streamline configuration processes and identify areas for automation
  • Document configuration changes, create playbooks, and maintain detailed records of customer-specific setups
  • Troubleshoot configuration-related issues quickly and escalate complex problems to APMs and FDEs
  • Maintain internal tools and dashboards to track configuration status across customers
  • Conduct quality assurance testing on configuration changes before deployment
Who you are
  • 1-3 years of experience in a technical role (solutions engineering, data analysis, product operations, or technical support)
  • Technical proficiency with APIs, databases, and configuration management tools
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in Python, SQL and tools like Retool and PostHog
  • Excited about AI/ML products and B2B SaaS operations
  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and documentation skills
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
Nice to haves
  • Background in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field
  • Experience at an early-stage startup
  • Experience with B2B SaaS products or customer-facing technical roles
  • Familiarity with GTM tools (Salesforce, Outreach, etc.) or product analytics platforms
This role is not a fit if...
  • You aren't excited to be in-office 5 days/week. You'll have all the flexibility you need, but our default is in-person collaboration.
  • You want to operate within mature processes - we're still building and iterating fast.
  • You prefer clear-cut roles and responsibilities over high ownership and cross-functional work.

Actively AI is committed to equal treatment and opportunity in all aspects of recruitment, selection, and employment without regard to gender, race, religion, national origin, ethnicity, disability, gender identity/expression, sexual orientation, veteran or military status, or any other category protected under the law. Actively AI is an equal opportunity employer; committed to a community of inclusion, and an environment free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
Compensation Range:
$110,000-$140,000 USD
Why Join
At Actively, you write playbooks rather than follow them. You own outcomes, not just tasks, and see directly how your work changes what customers can do - across a product and go-to-market motion that is scaling fast.
The team is high-caliber and low-ego: people who work from first principles, move with urgency, and care deeply about building something that drives real value. If that's the kind of challenge you're looking for, Actively is the right place.
