About AvePoint:
A five-time winner of the Microsoft Partner of the Year award, AvePoint provides the most advanced platform for SaaS and data management to optimize SaaS operations and secure collaboration. More than 9 million cloud users rely on our solutions to secure digital collaboration data, sustain connections between people and ensure business resiliency in the modern digital workplace.
At AvePoint, we are committed to investing in our people. Agility, passion and teamwork set us up to do our best work and foster a culture where you are empowered to craft your career, make an impact, and own (y)our future. Unleash the power of you!
Overview
If you excel in a high-energy, fast-paced working environment, succeed in cultivating relationships, and possess a proactive approach to multitasking, this opportunity is for you. We're seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-orientated individual to support daily business functions and help ensure the smooth running of our internal operations while enhancing employee experience in AvePoint's Chicago office.
As an Operations Coordinator in our Chicago office, your job is to seamlessly carry out administrative and operational tasks for our bustling office. You will offer onsite assistance for both on and offsite events while providing daily cross-functional support across various departments. You will collaborate alongside our global operations team to ensure alignment and efficiency of our operations across all regional offices.
This is an onsite role in-office Monday-Thursday with the flexibility for remote working on Fridays.
What your day to day looks like:
  • Manage the Chicago employee office experience, including stocking office supplies and snacks, reconciling office expenses, and facilitating maintenance and upkeep.
  • Work closely with Chicago leadership to anticipate office and team needs based on schedules, events, and daily priorities, providing proactive support to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Work alongside our People Team & Talent Acquisition to assist with onsite interviews and new hire onboarding, including coordinating travel and logistics
  • Coordinate internal meetings and provide onsite support for a seamless meeting experience
  • Promote strong office culture: planning employee engagement activities, philanthropy, and wellness events.
  • Act as a liaison between AvePoint and our vendors, suppliers, and building management.
  • Assist with special projects and events, including tracking, timelines, and reporting
  • Coordinate and manage lease agreements alongside our Legal team
  • Serve as a point of contact for travel and expense tasks including coding expenses and assist with booking travel

We look for people who value AvePoint's core values: agility, passion and teamwork; those who can bring fresh ideas to the table and want the opportunity to learn, grow, and expand their careers. Bring your aptitude and build upon what you do best for our customers, partners, team, and you.
As an Operations Coordinator, you have strong sense of customer service and excellent communication skills. When you're faced with a challenge, you're rolling up your sleeves and determining how to solve it. You are also a team player who thrives on working collaboratively with both internal and external teams.
What you will bring to our team and feel valued for:
  • A Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a knack for problem-solving and critical thinking.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
  • Ability to prioritize and act with urgency when needed.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • The flexibility to work onsite and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Benefits:
  • Competitive market-based compensation (salary, yearly bonus + equity)
  • Career progression and internal mobility opportunities
  • Work-life balance through a hybrid working model 4 days a week in office
  • Unlimited PTO

The Salary Range for this role is $50,000 - $70,000. At AvePoint, we strive to offer competitive, fair, and equitable total rewards. The listed salary range represents a good faith estimate, with final offers based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. The listed range reflects base salary only; our total rewards include base salary, comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, unlimited PTO), and depending on the role, bonuses, commissions, or equity (RSUs).
